    The graphical elements refer to Emmanuel Finkiel’s documentary Je Suis, produced by 13 Production and distributed by Les Films du Poisson.
    The film, shot in a hospital, narrates the difficult story of three patients who suffered from brain trauma. The design of the film poster is such to show a very expressive image evoking the intricate road towards re-discovery of own identity and everyday life.

    Design of graphical elements from Flavia Castro’s French-Brazilian film Lettres et révolutions (Diário de uma busca), produced and distributed by Les Films du Poisson.
    Flavia Castro reconstructs the story of her father, a militant Brazilian journalist, who went through the turbulent years of dictatorship and repression in Brazil. His experience of living in hiding and the later exile are mixed with the hope and the illusion which were woven deep into the events of that period in South America.
    The silhouette of South America, seen as a digital print, brings forth the symbolic meaning of the search for and the finding of a personal identity and the identity of an entire country. The bloodstain, which is the only coloured element, recalls the dramatic ending of the affair.

    Coordinated graphical materials for the Media’com professional training centre, which organizes graphical design communication and development courses. Different ideograms have been created, each of a different colour, in order to identify and distinguish the courses. The design of the ideograms melts together the expressiveness of a pictorial sign with the precision of illustration.

    The poster, produced during the graphics festival Le mois du Graphisme d’Echirolles, celebrates the meeting between three different graphic designers – Mitsuo Katsui, Juri Gulitov e Carin Goldberg.
    The project shows two developed proposals.
    The first one focuses on the differences between three cultures – Japanese, Russian and American. The graphical research makes a comparison the Japanese ideograms, the Cyrillic alphabet and the Western alphabet.
    The second proposal focuses on the geographical connotations and the nature of the meeting. The outline of a mountain, symbolized by crumpled paper, represents the village of Echirolles in the Alps. The allusion in the image is easy to understand being the three guests designers of a certain calibre.
